At Womb Medicine, we care deeply about the integrity of our offerings and the women who use them. Womb Medicine courses, products and content is for the purpose of education and not for the diagnosis or treatment of disease.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • During high-volume times such as sales, seasonal drops, or restocks, processing may take longer. Sometimes we batch-print labels, so you may see a tracking number before your package is scanned in by USPS. This is part of our process and completely normal.

  • We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and international orders.

  • Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $100.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the products selected, along with package weight and size. A small handling fee is included to ensure your items are packed with care and accuracy.

International Orders

We are honored to ship Womb Medicine worldwide so that women everywhere can reconnect with their cycles and vitality. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees that vary by country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot predict or control these charges, and we do not cover any additional fees imposed by customs or local authorities.

  • Once a package leaves the United States and is in possession of your country’s customs department, it is your responsibility to communicate with them directly to release your package.

  • If a shipment is refused due to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as any return shipping fees. In alignment with our refund policy, we do not issue refunds on refused international orders.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to learn more about your country’s import requirements.

Order Issues & Claims

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned by USPS, it is officially in their care. We are not responsible for lost, broken, or damaged items. If this happens:

  • Claims must be filed directly with USPS through their website.

  • For damaged packages, you must save all boxes, packing materials, and items until USPS validates the claim.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with your local mail carrier or neighbors.

  • File a missing mail search with USPS to alert them.

Important: Womb Medicine is unable to intervene or troubleshoot USPS or international carrier claims on your behalf.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or misdelivered because of an incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping. Refunds are not provided in these cases.

  • For any mistakes with your order (missing or incorrect items), please contact us within two weeks of the shipping date. We cannot guarantee replacements if contacted later, and we cannot replace items that have already been opened or used.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and personal nature of herbal remedies and wellness products, all sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or order modifications are accepted once your purchase is complete.
